How are shipping charges figured?

Shipping charges are configured using our shipping partner's online configurations.

In some cases, all items cannot be shipped from the same warehouse. If we discover that additional shipping is needed, we will email you. You will have the option to approve the additional fee or to cancel your order with no penalties. <top>

Where do your products ship from?

We ship from suppliers located throughout the US. The exact location is determined by the products ordered. <top>

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to insure that all orders are shipped within 3 days. Then your transit time will begin according to the shipping method chosen. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to guarantee same day shipping.

If you choose air shipping, (Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, & 2nd Day Air) items will usually leave the supplier the same day if the order is placed by 10AM EST or the next business day if placed later; however backorders and other possible factors make it impossible to guarantee a specific delivery day. (If an item is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible.) <top>

How long is the transit time?

Here are some general guidelines.
  • UPS Ground: 1-7 business days transit time
  • 3 Day Select: 1-3 business days transit time
  • 2nd Day Air: 1-2 business days transit time
  • Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day transit time delivered by 6pm
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day transit time delivered by 3pm
  • Next Day Air Early AM: 1 business day transit time delivered by 10am
*Note: Delivery times are set by UPS and may be modified by them at any time.

Please keep in mind that Transit Time
  • does not include the day of shipping
  • does not include weekends
  • does not include holidays<top>

Can my order be delivered on Saturday?

Yes! Saturday Delivery is available for a small additional UPS Surcharge and with a few stipulations.

It is only available for the following:

  • 2nd Day Air shipping on Thursday (ordered Wednesday after 10am or Thursday before 10am)
  • Next Day Air packages shipping on Friday (ordered Thursday after 10am or Friday before 10am)

You must add SATURDAY DELIVERY to your order. If you pay for Saturday delivery on an order that does not require it, we will refund the cost to your payment method - and alert you if there is any reason you would not receive before Saturday. <top>

How will I know when to expect my order?

The total length of time before you receive your order is the combined time before your order ships (usually 1 to 3 business days) and the shipping transit time. <top>

Will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are usually emailed to the customer in the evening on the same day of shipping. You may check the status of your order from your Connie's Skate Place account page; or by clicking on the link that was emailed to you with your order confirmation. <top>

I need to ship this to my sister, nephew, godson, etc... Is that possible?

Yes, in some cases. In order to lessen fraud, orders over $100 must ship to the verified address. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact us. After validating some additional information, we will attempt to meet your needs. <top>

Help! I need to change my delivery address.

No problem. Please e-mail us at [email protected]. If your order has already shipped, UPS charges $12 for this service. You can use your original payment method or a different one. <top>

When will my backordered items ship?

If you order an item for which we are taking pre-orders, please understand that your credit card is charged immediately. We then place the order with our supplier, so that your order is added to their backorder file because items are shipped in the order they are received. You may email us at [email protected] for the projected date of arrival for the item. <top>

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. You can use a 3rd party to purchase and they can ship to you. <top>
